These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rescue Radar mobile application operated by Horizon Performance Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rescue Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Rescue Radar is a platform that connects motorists in need of roadside assistance with independent recovery operators. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide recovery services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate location and vehicle information
Be present at the specified location when assistance arrives
Pay agreed prices for services rendered
Treat recovery operators with respect

5. Recovery Operator Responsibilities

Maintain valid insurance and licenses
Provide accurate quotes and ETAs
Complete verification requirements
Maintain subscription payments
Provide professional and safe service

6. Payments

Customers pay operators directly (cash or bank transfer)
Operators pay a monthly subscription fee (£19.95/month after 7-day free trial)
All payments are processed securely via Stripe

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel requests before a quote is accepted
Excessive cancellations may result in account restrictions
Operators may cancel quotes before acceptance without penalty

8. Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent or misleading information
Harassment or abuse of other users
Circumventing the platform for direct transactions
Creating multiple accounts
Any illegal activities

9. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Performance Ltd acts as a platform connecting users. We are not liable for:

Quality of recovery services provided by operators
Disputes between customers and operators
Damages to vehicles during recovery (operator's insurance applies)
Service delays or unavailability

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
